2. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointment windows are approximate and may shift based on traffic, weather, emergencies, or previous jobs running long. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary. Accurate contact information must be provided. If the technician arrives and cannot access the property, a trip fee may be charged.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Promotions
Phone or online estimates are approximate. Final pricing is determined after an in-person inspection by the subcontracted technician. Prices may vary based on parts, labor time, job complexity, and emergency or after-hours service.
Promotions and discounts:
• Must be presented before work begins
• Cannot be combined
• May apply only to specific services
• May change at any time
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service directly to the subcontractor. Payment types may vary by technician. Failure to pay may result in late fees, collection activity, or legal action.
5. Warranties
Any warranties are provided by the subcontractor or by manufacturers of parts used. Alpha Axis does not offer separate warranties.
Warranties do not cover misuse, DIY repairs, environmental damage, pre-existing issues, or modifications by others after service.
6. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Alpha Axis is not liable for subcontractor actions, workmanship, guarantees, pricing, delays, damages caused by pre-existing issues, or any consequential damages such as loss of income or business. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid directly to us for booking or administrative purposes.
7. Website Use
All content on the website is our property and may not be used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functions.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel before a subcontractor is dispatched. Once dispatched, a trip fee may apply. Refunds for labor or parts must be addressed directly with the subcontractor who performed the work. Refunds are not guaranteed.
9. Emergency Services
Emergency or after-hours services may include higher fees. Response times depend on technician availability and are not guaranteed.
10. Service Eligibility
By scheduling service, you confirm that you own the property or are authorized to request service, that the work area is safe, and that pets and children will be kept at a safe distance during repairs.
